The program even lets you zip/unzip recipe and/or cookbook packages, delete zipped files, send a cookbook via e-mail and many other features. Another interesting characteristic of this program is the Fitness Calculator, which shows you your calorie targets according to your needs (gain, lose or maintain your weight). Also, it has a comprehensive cooking glossary with many cooking terms, showing their definitions and uses.
